Terminals · POS · card-not-present

Three Lifted products. One processing relationship.

The merchant account comes first. Then we deploy the right parts of our technology suite—or build something new around the business. These are real product workflows captured from the applications and portal we operate.

01 · Smart terminal

Plug-and-play online payments · Custom commerce

Start with a checkout. Or let us build the whole buying experience.

Lifted Gateway can power a focused online payment path or sit inside a completely custom website, store, portal, or service. We pair the processing account with the right experience, then configure the card-not-present workflow around what the merchant actually sells.

End-to-end encryption & tokenization

The card is encrypted before it ever leaves the reader.

Every card is end-to-end encrypted at the terminal and vaulted as a token with Voltage. The real card number never touches your terminal, your portal, your database, or your receipts in the clear — so you keep a SAQ-A posture while still getting the things merchants actually want: cards on file, and refunds after a batch has settled. New to PCI scope? See tokenization & SAQ-A compliance.

  • Encrypted at the reader (E2EE)The card is encrypted inside the PAX secure reader at swipe, dip, or tap. Nothing downstream — app, network, server — ever sees the clear PAN.
  • Vaulted as a token (Voltage)The encrypted card becomes a token in the vault. Card-on-file, repeat charges, and the virtual terminal all run on the token — never a stored card number.
  • Refund after settlement — no card neededBecause the token persists, a settled sale can be refunded to the original card without re-presenting it. Proven on live PAX A920Pro hardware.
One merchant application · a solution built around it

Tell us how your business gets paid.

The application gives underwriting the business and processing details it needs while giving our team the context to recommend the right terminal, POS, gateway, integration, or custom work. Applying does not guarantee approval or commit you to a configuration.

01

Submit the merchant application

Share the business, ownership, banking, and processing information needed for a real underwriting review. Your progress saves as you work.

02

Review the business and workflow

We review the account and how payments fit the operation—countertop, mobile, POS, virtual terminal, existing-provider integration, or something custom.

03

Configure, validate, and launch

After approval and agreement, we board the account, configure the selected solution, validate the complete payment path, and prepare the merchant for launch.

Start with the actual application.

Go directly to the secure, full merchant application. It collects the information needed to evaluate the account and saves progress automatically.

Merchant accounts are subject to underwriting approval. Hardware, processor, application, and integration availability depend on the qualified setup.

Lifted Gateway · Level 2/3 optimization

Level 2/3 processing that pays for itself on commercial cards.

B2B, corporate, purchasing, and government cards qualify for lower interchange — but only when the transaction carries the extra data the card networks ask for. Our gateway sends that Level 2 and Level 3 data automatically, so commercial transactions settle at their interchange-optimized rate instead of the highest one. See who benefits most in our guide to B2B credit card processing.

  • Automatic Level 2 & Level 3 dataTax amount, customer code, invoice and PO numbers, plus full line-item detail — quantity, unit of measure, commodity codes — appended so commercial cards hit the lower interchange tier.
  • Earnings, portfolio & boarding in one consoleWatch residuals and volume by account, board and manage merchants, and run the whole book from a single reseller console.
  • Lifted routing and operational toolingA Lifted-managed layer for card, ACH, eCheck, merchant operations, and the custom services a deployment needs.
The software agency

When off-the-shelf won't do, we build it.

We don't just resell payments — we engineer them. The Lifted Pay terminal, its Kotlin/Javalin server, and the merchant portal are all our own work. That same team builds for you.

Custom software for payments

Bespoke payments software end to end — smart-terminal apps, gateway and processor integrations, tokenization, and PCI-aware transaction flows. Built by the people who wrote our own money path, invariants and all.

Web design & integration

Why Lifted Payments

Rates you can read. Rails we control. A partner, not a portal.

Rates you can read.

We quote interchange-plus, so you see the wholesale cost and our markup as separate lines — not one bundled percentage that hides where your money goes. We review your current statement first and show you the real all-in blended rate. If we can't beat it, we'll tell you.

Built on rails we control.

We're a direct reseller on both card and bank rails — card through Lifted Gateway, ACH and eCheck through Lifted bank-transfer services. We set up your boarding, gateway, and reporting under one roof, and route each payment type to the rail that costs the least.

A partner, not a portal.

You get a real point of contact who knows your account — for boarding questions, a terminal that won't activate, a deposit that looks off, or a dispute you need help answering. Reach us at pay@liftedholdings.com and talk to the people who set you up.

Pricing built around the deployment

Two parts of the quote. Both shaped around your business.

We price the processing plan and the technology plan after we understand how you sell, what you already use, and what Lifted needs to deploy.

Your processing rate

Quoted interchange-plus, after one statement.

Tailored to your business — card type, ticket size, volume, and industry all move the number, so an honest quote comes after we see one real statement, not before. What we promise is the shape: wholesale interchange passed through at cost, plus a clear, disclosed markup. Commercial cards optimized with Level 2/3. No junk fees. New to the models? Read interchange-plus vs flat-rate or how to lower your processing fees.

Processing is subject to underwriting. Lifted Pay starting prices apply only when Lifted Pay is selected. LiftedPOS, Lifted POS Connect, Lifted Gateway, hardware, integration, cellular, custom development, and ongoing support costs vary by deployment. Prices are in USD.

Who it's for

Built for the businesses we actually serve.

Lifted Payments fits merchants who take cards in person, send invoices, bill on a schedule, or need software built around how they actually work.

Retail & shops

Counters, boutiques, and specialty retail. Ring sales on a PAX terminal or Lifted POS, track cost and margin on every item, and manage stock as you sell.

Restaurants & cafés

Quick-service today: fast card, tap, and keyed sales, tips, and printed or texted receipts on a PAX terminal. Full-service table features are on the roadmap — we won't pretend otherwise.

Services & B2B

Trades, clinics, and professional services that bill after the work — and B2B sellers whose commercial-card customers benefit most from Level 2/3. Cards on file today; invoices and deposits on the roadmap.

Software-shaped businesses

Anyone who's outgrown off-the-shelf and needs a custom terminal app, portal, or integration built around their real workflow — on payment rails we operate.

Questions merchants ask

Straight answers on rates, Level 2/3, PCI, and boarding.

How much does credit card processing cost with Lifted Payments?
We quote interchange-plus after reviewing one recent statement: wholesale interchange passed through at cost, plus a clear, disclosed markup — not one bundled percentage. Commercial cards are optimized with Level 2/3. There's no application fee, and nothing is final until you've seen the numbers. If Lifted Pay is selected, it starts at $15/mo per device with the first user included and additional users at $5/mo. LiftedPOS with Lifted POS Connect, existing-system integrations, hardware, cellular, and custom solutions are priced to the configured deployment.
What is Level 2/3 processing and can it lower my rate?
B2B, corporate, purchasing, and government cards qualify for lower interchange when the transaction carries extra data the card networks require — tax amount, customer and invoice codes, and full line-item detail. Our gateway appends that Level 2 and Level 3 data automatically, so eligible commercial cards settle at their interchange-optimized rate instead of the highest tier. See how Level 2/3 works →
Is the Lifted Pay terminal app PAXSTORE-approved for PayDroid?
Yes. PAXSTORE approved Lifted Pay version 0.0.4 for PAX PayDroid on July 27, 2026. Card interaction is handled by the configured payment stack. A merchant rollout still requires supported hardware, processing configuration, boarding, and validation. More on Lifted Pay for PAX →
How does Lifted Payments protect card data (PCI)?
Cards are end-to-end encrypted at the terminal and vaulted as tokens (Voltage). The clear card number never touches merchant systems, which supports a SAQ-A posture. Tokenization is what enables cards on file and refunds after settlement without ever storing a card number in the clear.
Can I refund a sale after the batch has settled?
Yes. Because cards are tokenized at capture, a settled sale can be refunded to the original card using its token — no need to re-present the physical card. This is proven on live PAX A920Pro hardware.
How long does merchant boarding take?
Apply in a few minutes with one recent statement. A real person reviews the business and returns a transparent quote. After approval, Lifted configures the merchant account, terminal, POS, gateway, and reporting path selected for the deployment.
How fast do I get funded?
Most accounts fund next business day on batches closed before the daily cutoff, with ACH and eCheck on their own bank-rail timing. Your exact funding schedule, batch cutoff, and any reserve or holdback are set at underwriting and printed on your approval — no surprise holds after the fact.
Do you build custom payments software?
Yes — Lifted Payments is also a software agency. We build terminal apps, gateway and processor integrations, tokenization, PCI-aware flows, merchant portals, and Kotlin/Javalin + PostgreSQL backends — the same stack we run for our own products. See what we build →
Do I have to switch processors to use Lifted Pay?
Not always. Lifted Pay can be qualified for more than one compatible processing configuration. We review the current setup, hardware, and merchant requirements before recommending whether to retain or change any part of the payment stack.
