Connect runs on the PAX A920 family. The register sends the amount and a transaction reference, and the terminal wakes up ready.
Credit or debit.
The customer picks the tender, and Connect hands the card interaction to the secure payment layer on the device. Tap, insert, swipe, and PIN never touch the app.
The result returns to the register.
The approved result returns against the original reference — order, receipt, and reporting stay one record, and a repeated request re-reports the stored result instead of running the card twice.
Tokenization & card on file.
When the account qualifies, an approved sale can mint card-on-file data — a reusable token and token-backed returns, without the card number touching the POS.
