Lifted Pay for PAX PayDroid

The PAX A920 payment app that knows your margin.

Lifted Pay turns a PAX A920, A920 Pro, or A920 Max into a full card-present terminal — tap, chip, and keyed sales with tips and receipts — backed by a web portal for live reporting, tokenized customer records, eligible refunds, and batch reconciliation. The browser saved-card charge workflow remains in release gating. Version 0.0.5 is PAXSTORE-approved for PAX PayDroid, and it runs with the configured secure PAX payment layer. New to the hardware? See our PAX A920 setup & app guide.

PAXSTORE-approved · built for PayDroid A920 · A920 Pro · A920 Max
The hardware

Built for the PAX A920 family.

One smart terminal that runs your whole counter — Wi-Fi out of the box, optional Verizon cellular when you need to sell anywhere.

PAX A920

The workhorse — compact, all-day battery, built-in printer. Perfect for most counters.

PAX A920 Pro

A bigger, brighter screen and a faster chip for busier counters and longer catalogs.

PAX A920 Max

The largest display in the family, for catalog-heavy shops that live on the terminal.

Wi-Fi included · Verizon cellular +$19.99/mo per device.

On the counter

Dead simple to run. Two taps to charge.

The terminal stays out of your cashier's way — one big keypad, one Charge button. When it's time for the card, the secure PAX payment layer takes the screen for tap, dip, or swipe and hands back a clean result. These are real captures of the app.

End-to-end encryption & tokenization

The card is encrypted before it leaves the reader.

Every card is end-to-end encrypted inside the PAX secure reader and vaulted as a secure token. The clear card number never touches the app, your portal, or your receipts — so you keep a SAQ-A posture and still get cards on file and refunds after settlement.

  • Encrypted at the reader (E2EE) — nothing downstream ever sees the clear PAN.
  • Vaulted as a secure token — card-on-file and repeat charges run on the token.
  • Refund after settlement — proven on live PAX A920Pro hardware; no need to re-present the card.
The back office · pay.liftedpayments.com

A web portal behind every terminal.

Sign in to watch volume and margin, reconcile the batch, and manage customers on file — the same Lifted account as the terminal. This is the live portal.

Questions

Lifted Pay on PAX, answered.

Is Lifted Pay approved in PAXSTORE?
Yes. PAXSTORE approved Lifted Pay version 0.0.6 for PAX PayDroid in August 2026. Merchant rollout still depends on supported hardware, processor configuration, boarding, and validation.
What does PAXSTORE approval mean?
It establishes the approved application build and its PAXSTORE distribution state. It does not replace processor configuration, merchant boarding, PCI responsibilities, or end-to-end rollout validation.
Do I have to switch processors?
Not always. Lifted Pay can be qualified for more than one compatible processing configuration. We review the current setup, hardware, and merchant requirements before recommending whether to retain or change any part of the payment stack.
What does it cost?
$15/mo per device, $5/mo per additional user (first user included), optional Verizon cellular $19.99/mo per device. Processing rates are quoted with your account.
